Buying a SunStory for yourself

The consumer purchase terms apply when an individual buys a SunStory for personal use. Consumer checkout is handled through Onelink by Stripe.

Buying for a business

The business purchase terms apply when an eligible UK business buys reports or a subscription through its SunStory organisation. Current self-service business offers are for estate agencies. Cruth Labs Ltd sells business offers directly; Stripe handles payment.

Viewing a report

Anyone with an active report link can view it, whether they bought it or received it from someone else. About SunStory reports explains what the model shows, its limits, and how shared links work. Viewing a report does not make you the purchaser under either set of purchase terms.

Privacy

Our privacy notice covers direct purchasers, organisation members and billing contacts, and report viewers. You can manage optional analytics at Privacy choices.

Open-source software

SunStory uses open-source software. Notices are available at Open-source notices.

Data sources

SunStory uses map, building and terrain source data to create each model. These sources include Ordnance Survey data, Environment Agency LiDAR, Scottish Remote Sensing Portal LiDAR and Copernicus DEM data.
